The rules of using EbitBet

These terms govern your use of EbitBet, including the casino and the sportsbook. By creating an account or placing a bet you accept them in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to participate in online gaming where you live. You are responsible for ensuring that using EbitBet is lawful in your jurisdiction; we do not offer services where online gambling is prohibited.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your credentials confidential — activity on your account is treated as yours. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of these terms.

Bets and settlement

A bet is accepted at the odds shown at the moment of placement. Results are settled from official sources for the relevant competition. Obvious pricing errors, matches that are abandoned, or markets opened in error may be voided with stakes returned.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods shown in the cashier. Minimum and maximum amounts apply per method. We may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal.

Responsible use

Betting should be entertainment, not income. Limits, timeouts and self-exclusion tools are available — see the Responsible Gambling page. We may close or restrict accounts to protect players.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
