How do I place a bet?

Open Sport, click any odds to add the selection to your bet slip, enter a stake and hit Place Bet. Two or more selections from different matches can be combined into a multi with one stake.

When are bets settled?

Live and prematch bets settle automatically shortly after the match ends, based on the official result. Winnings are credited to your balance immediately on settlement.

What is a void bet?

If a match is abandoned, a market can't be graded, or a line lands exactly on the handicap/total, the bet is voided and your stake returned. Void legs in a multi count as odds 1.00.

Which payment methods are supported?

Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, TRX, BNB and more) plus regional bank transfer and popular local wallets. Available methods and limits are shown in the deposit window.

Why did the odds change after I added a selection?

Odds are live and move with the market. Your bet is always accepted at the odds shown at the moment you press Place Bet — the slip flags any selection whose price moved since you added it.

How do I close my account?

Use the self-exclusion tools under Responsible Gambling, or contact support and we will close the account for you.
